Going Global with Dolph
Our Board of Directors remains consistently supportive of our strategies and of the actions we are taking. They support the investments we are making in our systems, processes and people to improve our efficiencies and customer experience. We are on an exciting journey, indeed.
In December, Dolph stepped into the energetic and dynamic environment of the Genpact Service Centre in Cluj, Romania. During this first visit, he met with the transition team and also spent time with the people on the work floor. Dolph addressed the current teams in a Town Hall, congratulating them on the hard work done so far.
Dolph addressed the Tarrytown office in October at the Westcon-Comstor Social. This casual office event gave coworkers in Tarrytown an opportunity to spend some time together and get to know one another. It also provided them with an opportunity to get to know Dolph. This simple event hosted by the Tarrytown Events Committee invited everyone to participate and to have a little fun.
